Commission publishes regulations on article 13.5 and 14 claims

The European Commission last week published two regulations on article 13.5 and 14 claims permissions and rejections in the Official Journal of the European Union.
The Regulations include a list of permitted and rejected article 14 claims (disease risk reduction and children's claims), and a first list of rejected article 13.5 claims (claims based on newly developed scientific evidence).
