EHCA to reveal results of economic impact assessment on Article 13 claims in event on claims

The European Health Claims Allaince have announced that they will be holding a high-level conference on Article 13 of the EU's claims regulation on the 30 September in Brussels, where it will reveal the results of an independent economic impact assessment it has commissioned. The results of the impact assessment will be the catalyst for an "open" debate where all stakholders are invited. The conference entitled "In Search of Solutions: A Stakeholder Dialogue on Article 13 Health Claims", which will be the largest conference of its kind this year.
